1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TrackTutor ("Service"), operated by TrackTutor in the Netherlands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TrackTutor is a motorcycle telemetry analysis platform that allows riders to upload CSV session data, analyse lap times, compare racing lines, and track component wear. The Service is currently in beta and may change or be interrupted without notice.
3. Beta Status
The Service is provided as a beta product. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed. We do not guarantee data preservation, uptime, or feature availability during the beta period.
4. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all telemetry data and content you upload. By uploading data, you grant TrackTutor a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your ride data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- —Upload data you do not own or have the right to use
- —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
- —Attempt to access another user's data
- —Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person
7. Intellectual Property
The TrackTutor platform, including its algorithms, visual design, and branding, is owned by TrackTutor. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Safety Disclaimer
TrackTutor analysis is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional racing advice. Riding on a race track is inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. TrackTutor accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage arising from decisions made based on data or analysis provided by the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, TrackTutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
