1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your TrackTutor account and all associated data, email info@tracktutor.app from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. If you can't access that email address, tell us your account's username or email so we can locate it.
You can send this request whether you use TrackTutor on the web or on iOS/Android.
2. What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- —Your profile (display name, avatar, bio, rider details)
- —Track session uploads and telemetry data (CSV files, laps, GPS data)
- —Bikes, bike components, and maintenance logs
- —Friend connections
This action is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
3. Response Time
We process deletion requests within one month of receipt, in line with GDPR Article 17 (the "right to erasure"). In complex cases this may be extended by up to two further months, in which case we will let you know.
